A village is a long-inhabited settlement where there are shops and pharmacies, possibly kindergartens; everything is already formed, established, and functioning. A cottage village may still be under construction for a long time, and establishing infrastructure in such conditions is not easy.
In short, living in a village among friendly neighbors, clean air, forest or river is simpler and cozier. Therefore, when planning to buy a house, consider as many options as possible to finally choose exactly what you need.
