Many foreign countries are experiencing an acute shortage of labor
The large number of applicants for employment abroad generates a multitude of offers from various companies. For example, on the website of the employment agency Work-garant, there are currently over a thousand vacancies in Poland, the Czech Republic, and some Baltic states for those wishing to earn money in another country.
When going to work abroad, experts advise, first of all, to take care of your own safety and the reliability of the employment intermediary. The first step: inquire about the availability of a license from the intermediary company. Also, documents such as a certificate of state registration and a contract with the direct employer should be available.
After reviewing the list of offered vacancies, studying reviews of Work-garant or other well-known companies, and making your choice, you can safely contact the agency manager. You should be provided with all information: the full name of the employer organization, salary and work schedule, living conditions, meals, transportation, and medical and social insurance. Do not forget that a reputable agency providing work abroad never charges the client for services and information before signing a specific contract with the direct employer. Do not sign draft versions of contracts. Be sure to read all clauses of the contract before signing. There should not be two versions of the contract with different employment conditions.
Remember the two main rules of employment abroad. Never give away your original passport; to conclude an employment contract, it is enough to show the original and leave a copy of your document. Only agree to obtain a work visa that grants the right to work in the host country. If the intermediary offers to arrange a guest or tourist visa, you are most likely dealing with a fraudulent company.
Be vigilant, only agree to legal employment contracts, do not chase unrealistically high pay conditions. Work only with verified employment agencies – and you will find reliable work abroad with a stable income.
