Many American universities give scholarships to international students
Although not everyone is eligible, data shows that over the past year international students received scholarships at 345 American colleges. The average amount was $17,721.
Some institutions, including Harvard University, Amherst College, Yale University, and the University of Chicago, offer significantly more, providing international students who meet the necessary criteria with an average of over $50,000. In Saratoga Springs, New York, at Skidmore College, students study liberal arts for four years. Over the past academic year, 80 out of 220 international students from 57 countries received an average of $53,523 each.
