Almost half of students at prestigious Warsaw universities would like to go abroad forever. 84% would leave for a year or two. As IA 'Rosbalt' reports, this is evidenced by the results of a sociological survey published by the research center Student News ('Market and Social Research').
The study surveyed 1,174 students from four of the largest and most prestigious universities of the Polish capital - the University, the Warsaw Polytechnic, the Main School of Trade (MST) and the Main School of Agriculture (MSA). According to the data obtained, most of all would like to immigrate students of MST, least of all - MSA.
Such a large number of students wishing to leave the country surprised sociologists. As Gazeta Wyborcza writes, Grzegorz Sypniewski, an employee of the Institute of Sociology at the University of Warsaw, said that almost no one expected such results. "We did not assume that so many young people want to leave," he stressed.
