Organics advance on all fronts of perfume
According to experts, organic cosmetics are almost completely natural and free from harmful chemical ingredients and toxic synthetic substances. Manufacturers keep up with the times, and the use of artificial components in perfumery has practically ceased. Most consumers today are looking towards organic perfumery, which has become fashionable. After all, using organic perfume is not only environmentally friendly but also safe for the skin. Natural ingredients are less likely to cause irritation and allergic reactions.
Plant extracts containing essential oils are the main ingredient in the preparation of organic perfume products, whether it be body creams, eau de toilette, or any other niche perfume. It often happens that plants provide more than one source for creating fragrances, as in the case of coriander: its leaves and seeds have completely different smells.
Essential oils and aromatic substances are extracted from plants at perfume manufacturing facilities. Fruits are another rich source of fragrant oils for perfume production. The outer layers of fruits, the peel, are most often used. Citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruits are most frequently used to obtain such oils.
