The cheapest vacation can be had in the Indian state of Goa
The ranking included 40 of the most popular tourist resort cities, in which the authors compared prices for hotels, food, and transport. The result of the study showed that with 100 euros, a tourist could not even stay in the capital of Iceland for a day. At the same time, in Kyiv this figure reaches four days.
The first place among the cheapest tourist resorts was taken by the state of Goa in southwestern India. As reported by World Chronicles, here with the same amount of 100 euros you can vacation for as many as 12 days!
Among the most costly expense items in the capital of Iceland were transport (about 30 euros) and the tourist-favorite attraction – the Blue Lagoon (34 euros). But food and the cost of a hotel room turned out to be among the cheapest among the top three cities – 22 and 20.5 euros respectively.
Second in the ranking of the "most expensive" was the capital of Norway, Oslo, which had the highest cost of accommodation. The price of a single room per night in Oslo will cost a tourist at least 32 euros. The Norwegian capital is also the leader in food prices. This item exceeded the price level in Reykjavik by almost double, amounting to 42 euros per day.
Completing the leader list of this ranking is the city on water – Venice. In this tourist center, expenses were distributed more evenly relative to other cities in the world.
The first city in the ranking where a traveler would have enough 100 euros for more than two days turned out to be Berlin. For exactly the same amount in Prague, you can vacation for three whole days.
The cheapest of all European cities included in this ranking turned out to be Kyiv. It was found that in the "mother of Russian cities," with 100 euros, a guest of the Ukrainian capital can vacation for more than four days.
Thus, the results of the study by the European magazine Euromag make it clear that a vacation for 100 euros is not a myth. For this very small amount, you can have an unforgettable time, filling your life with vivid emotions and memorable moments of staying in the best tourist capitals of the world.
