Ocean Plaza Shopping and Entertainment Center
The interior of the three-story shopping center is designed in a marine style. The building is bright and spacious, with plenty of marble, glass, columns, and fountains. Panoramic elevators allow visitors to better appreciate the beauty of the shopping center. On the first floor, the symbol of Ocean Plaza is installed – a large aquarium housing over 1,000 marine inhabitants. On the third floor, the Cinema Citi movie theater operates, consisting of eight halls. The premiere hall shows films in 4K format, and pre-premiere screenings are often held there.
On the first and second floors, there are more than 400 stores. Unique global brands not found in other cities of the country are represented here. While famous brands previously sought to open their stores on Khreshchatyk, now renting retail space at Ocean Plaza shopping mall has become much more popular. More than 700 square meters of retail space here is occupied solely by the “Zolotoy Kvartal”, which features watches, accessories, gifts, costume jewelry, and jewelry from the world's best brands.
Alongside foreign brands, boutiques of Ukrainian manufacturers are opening in the mall – Satin. Arber, Krisstel, Goldi, A.TAN, MustHave, A.TAN, Zirka, Giulia. The grand opening parties of stores feature stars of domestic show business and famous designers.
The number of visitors grows every year; now Ocean Plaza is visited by 63,000 people per day. People come not only for shopping but also for entertainment. In addition to the cinema, Ocean Plaza offers visitors 30 cafes and restaurants, and the “Heppylon” children's entertainment center. On the minus first floor, there is “Ashan” – a hypermarket. Visitors feel free and comfortable in the mall, because out of 165,000 square meters of total area, only 70,000 square meters are rented out, and the rest is occupied by infrastructure facilities.
Ocean Plaza is located in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv at 176 Antonovycha Street (formerly Gorky Street). A convenient transport interchange allows you to reach the mall by various modes of transport. Nearby is the Lybidska metro station (blue line, after the Palats Ukraina station). For private car owners, a seven-level parking lot integrated into the shopping center building provides 1,200 parking spaces.
