Business Education News

This educational project started in 1999 under the intergovernmental cooperation between Ukraine and Canada. On the Canadian side, the program is implemented by Grant MacEwan College (Edmonton), and on the Ukrainian side by the International Institute of Business (IIB, Kyiv). Graduates of the program receive professional business education and an original Canadian diploma, the Management Studies Diploma.

Twenty-five students, who over two years improved their qualifications and acquired new knowledge and skills in management, became graduates of the Institute. In traditional blue gowns, to the solemn sounds of the national anthems, they received diplomas from the hands of the Vice-President of the IIB, Mr. Alexander Mertens. This year, among the graduates are representatives of GlaxoSmithKline, MTI, Infocom, Yug-Kontrakt, NeuHaus Group, and other Ukrainian and foreign companies.
