Delta Airlines opens New York - Kiev route
American airline Delta Airlines, which ranks second in the world in passenger traffic, intends to operate flights on the New York - Kiev route from June 2006. According to the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, these agreements were reached as a result of negotiations between the Ministry of Transport, the State Aviation Service and Delta Airlines.
The parties agreed on direct regular flights from John F. Kennedy Airport (New York) to Boryspil Airport on a parity basis with the AeroSvit airline five times a week. The start of flights is scheduled for June 6.
With an AeroSvit ticket, the hotel will be cheaper
The airline AeroSvit – Ukrainian Airlines offers a new service for its clients - if they have a valid airline ticket, passengers will receive a substantial discount on accommodation at AeroSvit's partner hotels.
Currently, among the airline's partners are the Kiev hotels Rus and Lybid and the Odessa hotel complex Arkadia Plaza. By presenting an airline ticket at check-in, an AeroSvit customer will receive a 10% discount on any room at the Rus and Lybid hotels. At Arkadia Plaza, AeroSvit passengers will be given a discount of 20% to 30% depending on the room category.
For the convenience of passengers, the airline plans to continuously expand the list of hotels, including through regional partners.
In addition, for AeroSvit passengers who arrive in the capital on the new Birmingham - Kiev and Hamburg - Kiev flights, 50% discounts on the services of the Premier Palace, President Hotel Kyivsky, Rus and Lybid hotels are valid until January 31. To receive such a discount, passengers from Birmingham and Hamburg simply need to present their airline ticket.
