Real estate in Crimea does not lose its appeal

A wide variety of buyers are interested in housing in the ARC. As market experts note, among those wishing to buy real estate in Crimea currently are many residents of southeastern Ukraine, as well as Kiev and Dnepropetrovsk. Traditionally, there are many buyers from Russia, and their share is growing: in 2012, the number of Russians who acquired their own real estate on the Crimean peninsula increased by more than 20%.

Budget housing is in greatest demand, but interest in elite real estate in Crimea also remains relatively high. Unfortunately, the number of truly interesting properties in this sector is small, and construction of many new buildings has been frozen. Among the current and profitable offers from developers, one can note the projects of the company "Domus", which has been working on the Crimean real estate market for several years. The developer's portfolio includes the residential complex "U Chernogo Morya" in Yalta and the recreational complex "Yuzhnaya Palmira" in Livadia. Both projects stand out for their favorable location: "Yuzhnaya Palmira" is located 200 meters from the sea in the Kurpaty park, and "U Chernogo Morya" is on the territory of the Gagarin Park, one of the most beautiful in Yalta.

Both "Yuzhnaya Palmira" and "U Chernogo Morya" are modern 15-story buildings with parking and round-the-clock security. Both complexes are equipped with state-of-the-art technology – including modern security systems, silent high-speed elevators, and much more. Those wishing to buy real estate in Crimea can purchase two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 60 to 173 sq. m. In Yalta, penthouses are also available to buyers – their area is 255 and 179 sq. m.

Real estate in Crimea from the "Domus" company has a well-thought-out infrastructure. Residents of both complexes have access to pebble beaches, which have everything necessary for recreation, and around the buildings there are beautiful, well-maintained parks. The residential complex "U Chernogo Morya" has its own concierge service, and its maintenance is handled by a separate management company.
