Second place went to Knightsbridge, where homes cost an average of 1.91 million pounds ($3.9 million). Third place on the list is the Belgravia area, where housing costs are slightly lower than in Knightsbridge – 1.9 million pounds ($3.8 million).
The top ten also includes Kensington, Hampstead Heath, Bloomsbury, and Notting Hill. Outside London, the most expensive housing is located in the Virginia Water area in Surrey, where homes cost buyers an average of about 695,000 pounds (approximately $1.4 million).
Recall that in October, according to the ranking of the most expensive London apartments compiled by the magazine, first place went to apartments in the One Hyde Park project in Knightsbridge. The cost of four penthouses was 100 million pounds (more than $200 million).
