First place was taken by the restaurant Alcron in the Prague hotel Radisson SAS. In the summer of 2008, the chef changed here, who expanded the menu of the establishment, adding meat and vegetable dishes. As the main concept, he chose a tasting direction - guests are offered to try many dishes in small portions.
In second and third places were also the capital's restaurants - Degustation Boheme Bourgeoise and the French Restaurant in the Municipal House (Obecni dum, Francouzska restaurace).
As reported by ILoveCZ.ru, a total of 488 jury members participated in the voting, anonymously visiting 455 restaurants across the country.
