Reading these reviews will give you an idea of what to expect from hotels in your destination. Don't be lazy and read all the remarks. This approach will give a more objective assessment. To be fair, it is worth noting that some hotels respond to negative reviews and correct their mistakes. Therefore, it is best to rely on comments from tourists who have recently visited the hotel.
Hotel chains
Find out if the hotel you like is part of an international chain. Most chains set strict standards for guest service, and the staff of such hotels clearly follow the rules. In addition to guest rooms, the hotel may have a gym, spa, sauna, conference room, cafe, bar. Also pay attention to additional services: airport or train station transfer, city transportation, and, of course, a good laundry.
Location
One of the most important indicators is the hotel's location. A hotel located in the city center, near shopping areas, has a higher rating compared to other hotels. Analyze the map before booking a room. Find out if there are convenient access roads to the hotel, how to get to other parts of the city, where the nearest supermarket is. In addition, it is useful to find out if large tourist groups are planning to stay at the hotel in the near future. In certain seasons, many hotels have higher rates, and this must be taken into account.

When it comes to choosing a hotel, the price of accommodation is important. But sometimes a high price does not mean you should expect an equivalent level of service.
