On the basis of acts on failure to comply with the order to eliminate violations of license conditions, the commission adopted a decision to annul the licenses:
LLC «Aeromist-Sevastopol» (Sevastopol, AA No. 631323 dated 17.06.2003);
LLC «UMA „Katran“» (Sevastopol, AA No. 149285 dated 26.02.2003);
PE «Vostok Marin» (Sevastopol, AA No. 149308 dated 02.04.2003);
LLC «Ural-Li-Invest» (Odesa, AA No. 149130 dated 17.07.2002);
PE «Vizir» (Kherson, AA No. 149241 dated 25.12.2002).
By the commission’s decision, in accordance with the submitted application of the licensee, the copy of the license series AA No. 149181 dated 28.12.2002 of the branch of PE «Firma Gamayun» (Dnipropetrovsk) was annulled.
Based on the results of inspections regarding compliance by business entities with the license conditions for conducting business activities on mediation in employment abroad, the Ministry of Labor issued an order to eliminate violations identified during inspections by business entities. Within ten days: PE «Vidrodzhennia» (Kyiv, AA No. 149323 dated 22.04.2003). Within a month: LLC «Euroforum» (Kyiv, Odesa, AA No. 149330 dated 17.06.2003); PE «Polyus Marin» (Odesa, AA No. 217237 dated 23.11.2001); LLC «Britania-Interservis» (Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Melitopol, AA No. 149114 dated 27.06.2002); SE «Starlain Marin» (Odesa, AA No. 149133 dated 17.07.2002); PE «Iteko-Shyping» (Simferopol, AA No. 149351 dated 17.06.2003); LLC «Ukrmedservis» (Kyiv Oblast, Vasylkiv, AA No. 097752 dated 14.06.2001).
In accordance with the submitted applications and sets of documents necessary for obtaining a license, the Ministry of Labor made a decision to issue licenses for the right to conduct activities on mediation in employment abroad to the following business entities: SE «Euro-Merkur-Kyiv» (Kyiv); LLC Marine Agency «Volans» (Odesa); LLC «I-N-C Odesa Ltd» (Odesa); PE «Sontur» (Lviv);
The commission decided to extend the validity of the previous order of the Ministry of Labor on elimination of violations identified by the inspection until May 1, 2004, and to inform the licensing authority about their elimination: LLC «Ukrainian Academy of Dance. International Center» (Kyiv, AA No. 217381 dated 14.02.2002), «Disk» (Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Dniprodzerzhynsk, AA No. 097796 dated 05.09.2001).
The director of LLC «Krymelektroservis» (Sevastopol, AA No. 149162 dated 20.09.2002) will be invited to the next meeting of the commission to clarify issues regarding the possibility of conducting business activities on mediation in employment abroad.
