What makes this cozy hotel on Skakovaya stand out from its competitors? First of all, the rooms are attractive. Despite the apartments being miniature, it is homely and comfortable. It feels like you are not in a hotel room but visiting relatives for the weekend. The rooms have everything needed for a full stay. Since on a business trip you always want special peace of mind, I had the most pleasant impression of this place.
The rooms were very clean and warm. At my disposal were a refrigerator, an automatic washing machine, a modern flat-screen TV, a set of bed linen, a real miniature kitchen with a set of excellent new dishes. What more does a person need who has come to a foreign city for just a few days on business?
Considerate and Friendly Staff
Creating a homely cozy atmosphere is achieved here not only due to the wonderful furnishings of the apartments. The staff deserves special praise. Since I visit Moscow quite often and have often stayed in other hotel complexes, I have something to compare. Such a caring, considerate, hospitable attitude towards guests as in the mini-hotel "Sultan" is not found anywhere else.
Noting other cheap hotels in Moscow, this particular hotel stands out positively for its uniquely scrupulous attitude of the staff. The administrators instantly solved all arising problems without a hint of displeasure. Any request was fulfilled with a smile. Today it is extremely rare to find such friendly and cheerful staff anywhere. Largely thanks to them, my days here were cloudless. The difference between home walls and a state institution was not felt at all.
The location of the mini-hotel "Sultan" deserves special attention. It is the very "heart" of the First Throne. After solving work issues, it was a truly pleasant discovery for me to see the legendary sights of the Russian capital in person. My next business trip to Moscow will definitely not be accompanied by searching for a hotel room. I know for sure that I will stay only at "Sultan".
