As the head of the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Sergey Borodenkov, told the Interfax-Ukraine agency, this in particular applies to citizens who have a certificate of the right to retain Lithuanian citizenship and their family members traveling with them and entered in this certificate. In addition, according to Sergey Borodenkov, visas are needed for crew members of sea and river vessels, road carriers (including those traveling in transit through the territory of Lithuania), passenger train workers, senior mechanics and mechanics of refrigerator sections.
The visa-free entry procedure, the head of the Foreign Ministry press service noted, remains only for aircraft crew members, as well as for citizens of Ukraine and Lithuania who permanently reside in the territory of the other state and travel to the territory of their country of citizenship.
