The entire coast of the Maldives resembles paradise landscapes
The ocean is always warm here, there are no dangerous creatures, there are no harsh destructive waves, because each atoll is reliably protected by impenetrable barrier reefs. The water in the shallow lagoons is crystal clear and has a fabulous sky-blue color. Large predators like dangerous sharks do not swim here, but many friendly colorful small creatures live here...
You can observe the riot of colors of the underwater world of the Maldives right through the transparent floor of an exotic bungalow built on stilts, or you can simply go into the water up to your waist, put on a mask and snorkel, and lower your head into the water. You can watch all the heavenly wonders of the underwater world even in such a simple way for hours. The entire life of the sky-blue lagoon flashes before the mask glass – colorful fish frolic, huge sea turtles full of self-importance swim slowly, small sharks have their own shark safari...
If you wish, go snorkeling – it's swimming with a mask, snorkel and fins. But still, the most amazing impressions can be obtained by diving. After all, the Maldives seem to be specially created for underwater walks with scuba gear. Well, paradise is paradise.
In any hotel in the Maldives, wherever you stay, there are diving centers. In these centers, beginner divers can take an initial training course. Even those with some experience can order training courses and, after studying, receive an international diver's certificate. During the course, practical classes are held in the lagoon, including dives with an experienced instructor. And experienced divers have the opportunity to dive in the open ocean.
Experienced divers can make exciting night dives and see glowing ocean creatures that must be photographed with a camera. Of undoubted interest is the 'exploration' of numerous underwater caves and grottoes and the inspection of sunken ships, of which there are also many here.
It is wonderful that in this fairy-tale and heavenly place, the water temperature is around thirty degrees Celsius all year round, and visibility in the lagoon reaches forty meters.
