Lonely Planet recommends visiting Warsaw

Soon the guidebook will publish a top list of cities for the next year. Among the ten megacities that must be visited is the Polish capital. The list also includes: Antwerp, Beirut, Chicago, Glasgow, Lisbon, Mexico City, São Paulo, Shanghai, and Zurich.

As reported by Travel.ru, the selection criteria were not limited to architectural features, abundance of attractions, or hotel service. On the Lonelyplanet.com website, online users positively reviewed Warsaw's vegetarian bars and cafes specializing in hot chocolate. They named the capital's Prague district as the most interesting to visit. High marks were also given to Warsaw's clubs, hostels, and architecture of Soviet Poland.
