Apartments in new buildings near Sheremetyevo are still being sold

The sale of apartments in new buildings located near Sheremetyevo Airport is still ongoing

However, some developers are still implementing their projects in this very zone. The airport administration said that a special commission has been established to monitor construction in areas close to the airfield. That is, all developers who build new buildings within a radius of 50 km from the Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport (MAS) must coordinate their projects with the airfield. However, some neglect these requirements.

For example, the management company 'Russian Estate' is building the club-type residential complex 'Shemyakinsky Dvorik' in the noise zone without coordination. The three-story buildings with attic floors offer apartments from studios to spacious two-level units. Representatives of the management company claim that they have not received any recommendation letter from the airport commission, and calmly continue construction work. The sale of apartments in new buildings has not stopped.

In zone 'G' there are several other settlements that have both existing and under-construction residential properties. These are Dolgoprudny, Bakeevo, Vodniki, Vinogradovo, Gorelovka, Kozino, Yeremino, Chernaya Gryaz, Kirillovka, Lobnya, Lunevo, Lugino, Ruzino, Novopodrezkovo, Nosovo, Sumarokovo, Skhodnya, Sholokhovo, Yurlovo.

Experts noted several large new buildings from well-known construction companies – the residential complexes Novoskhodnensky, City of Embankments, the high-rise microdistrict 'Katyushki', the residential complex Wellton Park, the low-rise residential complex 'Aristovo-Mitino'. Also noted was the planned low-rise project 'Ecodolye', bordering the village of Sholokhovo.

Real estate market analysts predict that these circumstances are unlikely to significantly affect buyer activity in these areas. Demand for housing will decline very slightly, and only for a short time. In the noise zone, projects are being built that are attractive primarily due to their affordability.

These include new economy-class buildings with small apartments of convenient layout, which are in high demand. Buyers of such housing are quite price-sensitive, so when choosing an apartment they rely on the affordable purchase cost. Therefore, a decrease in demand for new buildings in the airport noise zone is unlikely.
