Daily rental apartments – optimal choice of price and service quality

The service of 'daily apartments' is becoming increasingly popular among tourists during the crisis

You can rent daily apartments to suit any taste – from inexpensive economy-class daily apartments to luxury-class apartments. Naturally, if you have come to Moscow on a business trip, it is better to stay in a daily rental apartment in the very center of Moscow – on Old or New Arbat, for example, or on Tverskaya Street, and not waste time traveling on Moscow roads.

In the center, most daily rental apartments are offered as business class. Such 'daily apartments' are excellently renovated, tastefully furnished with furniture and all household appliances (including a hairdryer). And, of course, expensive bed linen and towels. That is, the level of such a daily rental apartment in Moscow is equivalent to a 4-5 star hotel.

But you can save significantly on the cost. After all, staying in a one-room daily rental apartment for 2-3 people will be much cheaper than in a hotel room. When booking hotel rooms, you pay for a room per person, but when using the 'daily apartments' service, you pay for the apartment, not for the number of people. There are, of course, limitations. For example, reputable management companies have their own rules on the number of guests. Basically, the maximum number of guests for a one-room daily rental apartment is 2-3 people.

If you are traveling with family and need to stay in the city for a couple of nights, and the central area is not a mandatory necessity, you can stay in daily rental apartments in Moscow a little further from the center, moving a couple of metro stations away from the Garden Ring. Here you can rent daily apartments of both economy class and business class. And for little money.

If you need an inexpensive daily rental apartment, you can stay on the outskirts of Moscow. Of course, you will have to get to the center by metro for about 30-40 minutes, but you get good daily housing with a fully equipped kitchen for proper cooking at a low price. By the way, about food: the kitchen in any daily rental apartment is always fully equipped.

Regardless of what daily rental apartment you rent – economy class, business class, or luxury – you will always have a refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven, all the dishes for cooking, and cutlery.

It is, of course, better to book daily apartments through a management company. This will be, firstly, more reliable, and secondly, you will definitely arrive at the apartment you chose on the website or viewed yourself. In most cases, you need to make a prepayment for one day as a deposit, which will be returned to you upon check-out when handing over the apartment acceptance certificate and keys.

Regarding payment for daily rental apartments: again, it is easier to work with a management company. You have a choice – you can pay in cash or by bank transfer, by credit card, or by receipt through Sberbank, by electronic money, or by any money transfer (for example, Western Union). And, importantly for legal entities and business travelers, you can obtain accounting documents.

Where is the best place to stay in Moscow? What to choose: daily rental apartments or Moscow hotels? There is probably no definite answer here, since accommodation in the capital is offered at different levels of comfort. And the choice is yours.

Management Company 'STOLETIE' – we are always glad to see our guests, daily rental apartments with us – feel at home. Have a pleasant time in Moscow!
