Apartment as a Gift

The festival organizers awarded the company 'Stroitelny Trust' for its significant contribution to the development of charity, high social activity, and implementation of socially important projects. The award found 'Stroitelny Trust' after the company held a campaign in December of last year, during which it gratuitously transferred a three-room apartment for use by the AdVita charity fund. At that time, the closed joint-stock company purchased a three-room apartment with a total area of 75 square meters on the Petrograd side.

While others limited themselves to simply transferring housing, the representatives of the development company did not tolerate negligence even in details. That is why in the three-room apartment, not only was major renovation done, but all the necessary furniture and household appliances were also brought in. Moreover, all utility bills are still paid by the company 'Stroitelny Trust' to this day. After the refurbished apartment was transferred to the AdVita fund for long-term gratuitous lease, sick children constantly live there free of charge. These are those patients of the R. M. Gorbacheva Institute of Pediatric Hematology and Transplantology who have nowhere to go after treatment for oncological diseases. Now they have a place for long-term rehabilitation, and parents do not have to scrounge for funds to rent housing – they can devote all their time to caring for their child.

Let us recall that 'In the Name of Good' is a special award that is given only to those who truly make a significant contribution to the development of charity, care for those who are unlucky in life, and who need help and care. This public award has been given to prominent architects and designers, companies occupying leading positions in the real estate market, as well as the media. Choosing those who deserve this award most fell to the most sensitive and caring people from various fields. The jury included actors, singers, TV presenters, composers, and screenwriters whose lives can serve as an example of kindness and generosity. This year, 25 companies became owners of personalized statuettes, which means that kind and selfless people still exist.
