Flower delivery to the room, ice for drinks, and other similar services are possible. In the evenings, an a la carte restaurant operates. Rooms have a mini-bar, kettle with tea bags and coffee, hairdryer, and Internet access. Service staff work around the clock. If the building has at least two floors, an elevator must be in operation. Items sent to laundry or dry cleaning must be returned within 48 hours. The area of a double room is from 24 square meters, a single room from 16 square meters.
***** In a five-star hotel, a restaurant with gourmet cuisine operates during the day and evening. Suites are available. High-quality bed linen, towels, and bathrobes are provided. The area of a double room is from 26 square meters, a single room from 18 square meters. A swimming pool and fitness center are open. There are souvenir shops in the hotel building.
