Real estate in Spain is not only prestigious, but also profitable
Many Russians currently dream of buying real estate in Spain. However, before paying for the first house you like, it is worth considering as many options of real estate for sale in this country as possible in advance, as well as highlighting all the positive and negative aspects of such purchases.
First of all, to begin with, we need to identify the options that will be studied. These are ordinary apartments, townhouses and villas. If a person has enough funds, he can afford to purchase absolutely any housing, even luxury, and use it for a variety of purposes. However, a considerable number of people are looking for inexpensive real estate options.
The Spanish themselves most often purchase three-room apartments in one or another residential complex. All residential complexes are low-rise buildings. High-rise buildings are typically used for office companies. However, Russian citizens much more often purchase one-room studio apartments, as they are much cheaper. At the same time, some live in such apartments themselves, while others rent them out and derive a very substantial profit from this.
Another popular housing option is townhouses. Their cost slightly exceeds studio apartments. However, their main advantage is a limited number of neighbors. Townhouse owners have at their disposal garages, parking, a swimming pool and other amenities. In addition, unlike ordinary apartments in residential complexes, townhouses are guarded.
Townhouses are used for both permanent and temporary residence. For example, you can come here for the summer vacation, and the rest of the time rent it out so that it does not stand empty.
The next option for Spanish real estate is villas. Many, hearing this word, imagine a luxurious mansion on a large territory. However, in reality this is not entirely true. Indeed, such a country house is very beautiful and looks prestigious, but the land area is not that large. On average, it can be compared to an ordinary Russian garden plot of 6 sotka. However, a villa is considered an indicator of the high status and wealth of its owner. Based on this, we can conclude that this type of real estate is considered the most expensive. For example, a townhouse will be several times cheaper than a villa on the seafront. And, as a rule, it is purchased for one's own residence.
