The contract for services of mediation in employment abroad must be concluded only in writing.

First of all, you need to collect a package of necessary documents, the list of which can be found in the Licensing Conditions, as well as on the official website of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine – with relevant explanations.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that foreign documents must be certified in the state of their issuance and legalized at the consular office of Ukraine or at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A document in a foreign language must be translated into Ukrainian and the translation must be notarized.
Since last year, the body issuing the license for mediation in employment has changed, so in 2021 documents must be submitted to the Ministry of Economy, and not to the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, as was previously the case.

It is mandatory to have your own website, maintain a register of unified client records, the contract for the provision of services for mediation in employment abroad must be concluded in writing, information on the number of employed persons must be submitted to the licensing authority, and so on.
Another requirement is the presence on staff of one employee with a legal education, registered in accordance with the law, and in the absence of such a specialist, it is necessary to conclude a contract for legal services for 100 UAH per month.
