In addition, all sections that are of particular interest to users are highlighted in a separate category. As a result, it is immediately clear where exactly real estate is in greatest demand.
In addition, I found the city map useful, which shows all the new buildings in Kyiv. It is always helpful to evaluate the specific location of a particular property, especially if you are planning to invest money in it.
On the page of each property, its detailed characteristics and a quality description are provided. The latter allowed me to get a full impression of several options I liked without even visiting the site.
Another plus is the current prices. In the past, I had encountered that similar data on other sites did not always correspond to reality, and now I was pleased to see how the team of the Zastroyschik site monitors the timely update of this information.
