The discount season is the main time when shopaholics "go on the hunt"
We are talking about nine "villages" of Chic Outlet Shopping, located near nine fashion capitals. Several dozen boutiques there offer products from the most famous designers. In mono- and multi-brand stores, shoppers are waiting for leftovers from last season's collections. Clothes and decorative items from well-known designer brands can be purchased here with discounts of up to 70% off recommended retail prices.
Barcelona – La Roca Village
The "fashion village" – about a hundred boutiques where you can buy outfits for women, men and children, sportswear, shoe stores, jewelry, gifts and cosmetics – is located between the capital of Catalonia, Barcelona, and Girona. From the airports of these cities you can get there in 40 and 35 minutes respectively. From Monday to Friday, special buses run from Barcelona from the La Roca Village metro station every 3-4 hours. The fare is €2,45. From Monday to Saturday, you can also get to the village by train – go to the Granollers station, then take a bus or taxi. In summer, from June 30 to August 30, from Monday to Saturday, shoppers are welcome from 10:00 to 22:00. From August 1 to June 29, from Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 20:30, and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 22:00.
Brussels, Düsseldorf – Maasmechelen Village
The "fashion village", consisting of small charming houses in Flemish style, is located 80 kilometers from Brussels airport and 150 kilometers from Düsseldorf airport. Prices for goods from previous collections here are 33% lower compared to regular discounts in city boutiques. From Brussels, you need to take the train to the villages of Hasselt (line 45) or Maastricht (line 63), from where special buses run every hour. The journey takes about 60 minutes. Or you can sail to this place on your own yacht, mooring at Zuid-Willemsvaart directly opposite the "fashion village". Maasmechelen Village is open from 10:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday.
Dublin – Kildare Village
The selection of fashion brands is slightly smaller in the village, which is located a 50-minute drive from Dublin airport. You can get there from Dublin by train, taking 25 minutes to Kildare town station, and from there a special shuttle to the village, or from central Dublin from the Busaras stop on Store Street on Eireann buses. For those who make it to this area, we also recommend getting to know the sights of Kildare: the Japanese gardens, the tower of St. Brigid's Cathedral, and many others.
London – Bicester Village
In this one of the largest villages, located an hour's drive from the British capital, compared to London fashion clothing is more than 60% cheaper. Every day, every half hour, buses run from Magdalen Street in Oxford. By train from London, you can get from Marylebone or Birmingham Moor Street stations with a change at Bicester Nord station, where a shuttle will pick up shoppers, arriving at each train. More than 90 stores are open daily, even on holidays, except Christmas, from Sunday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00, on Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00.
Madrid – Las Rozas Village
All year round, prices at Las Rozas Village are more than 60% lower. In small Mauritian-style houses, more than 95 brands from Spain and other countries of the world are represented. Buses numbered 628, 625 and 629 depart every 20 minutes from Moncloa bus station. Travel time is 45 minutes, fare is €1,85. By train, you need to get to Pinar station, from where the "fashion village" is 3 kilometers away – you can take a taxi. The shopping village is open all seven days of the week throughout the year (except January 1 and 6, May 1 and December 25), from Sunday to Friday shoppers are welcome from 11:00 to 21:00, on Saturdays from 11:00 to 22:00.
Milan – Fidenza Village
The village is a 20-minute drive from Parma Airport and an hour from Bologna Airport. Special buses depart from Milan's Piazza Castello, building 1, from 10:00 am. For those who prefer the train, you need to get from any Italian city to Fidenza station, from which a shuttle departs every 40 minutes. Except for Christmas and New Year, the fashion boutiques in this village are open from 10:00 to 20:00.
Munich – Ingolstadt Village
A special bus runs from the airport to the Munich "fashion village". Travel time is 45 minutes. It is also convenient to get to the village by train: go to the city of Ingolstadt and then from the north station of this locality on bus No. 20, from the central station on bus No. 10. The Germans did not meet shopping lovers halfway: on Sunday you cannot walk around the boutiques. Stores are open from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00. Pets are not welcome in this village – dogs will have to be left at home.
Paris – La Vallеe Village
In the French "fashion village", boutiques offer items from previous season collections of more than 75 leading brands with discounts of more than 50%. In all stores, when purchasing over €175, tax free will be arranged. The village is located 35 minutes from the center of the capital and 5 minutes from Disneyland. You can get there on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays on the Cityrama bus from Place Pyramides (departure at 10:15 and return at 16:00) or on the suburban express metro RER, from Paris to Val d'Europe/Serris-Montevrain station and then on a free shuttle. Shoppers are welcome from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00 in winter and until 20:00 in summer, on Sunday from 11:00 to 19:00.
Frankfurt – Wertheim Village
Another German "fashion village" is located not far from Frankfurt, an hour's drive from the airport. From May 2 to October 20, a special bus – Romantic Road shuttle – runs from Frankfurt's central station to the village. You can also go shopping by train: take the train to the town of Wertheim, from where a shuttle runs to Wertheim Village. This shopping village is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
