The city welcomes its guests with beautiful weather and local attractions. In front of the station there is an architectural complex consisting of two old high-rise buildings built in the 1950s. Two small towers form its center, which are on both sides from Kirova Street. They symbolize the gates to the city.
The main stadium of Belarus, Dinamo, is located at the end of Kirova Street. The structure is very old but quite beautiful and has long been awaiting major reconstruction. From Independence Square a fairly long avenue begins, the most attractive part of which is the section up to Victory Square.
Here it is necessary to pay attention to the Government House. In front of this building, on a high pedestal, you can see a monument to V. I. Lenin. 200 meters towards Nemiga Street from the Red Church, you can see the only castle in Minsk – Pishchalovsky Castle, decorated with crenellated towers.
On October Square there is one of the most popular attractions of the capital – the Palace of the Republic, which for a long time was a long-term construction in the city center. Also attracting the attention of strollers is the 'zero kilometer', which marks distances to all cities and regions of the country and distances to the capitals of neighboring states.
The sights of Minsk, of course, do not end there. And do not forget about the weather in Minsk, because it is better to admire historical monuments and architectural creations on sunny days. The pride of Minsk is Victory Square with a 40-meter granite obelisk and eternal flame located on it. Behind the square is the circus building. And behind the circus lies a children's park. On the other side of the avenue there is Y. Kupala Park – an amazingly beautiful place with a huge number of benches for relaxation.
On the bank of the Svisloch River you can see an inconspicuous wooden building – this is the house-museum of the First Congress of the RSDLP.
