Blacklists of the Baltic States

Most of the people on this list are citizens of Latvia, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, as well as the countries of the South Caucasus. Many of those who are banned from permanent entry are on the international wanted list. According to the press secretary, the remaining 872 people are banned from entering the country due to violation of the visa regime. Such a ban is imposed for 10 years.

The press service of the Latvian Citizenship and Migration Board reported that 2,500 people are included in their blacklists, 900 of them are banned from permanent entry into the territory of the republic. These are mainly citizens of countries of possible terrorism, the press service explained. As reported by the Lithuanian Citizenship and Migration Board, the lists of persons not entitled to enter the republic include more than four thousand people, most of them citizens of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other CIS countries.
