Instead of a single bathroom located in the corridor, each room now has a toilet room with a shower stall; the “luxury” rooms have a bathtub. To extend sewage and water supply to each room, the floor had to be raised, with utilities placed underneath. New walls were erected in all rooms, laminate flooring was laid, and plastic windows that do not let in noise were installed.
In a space with a total area of 1,163 square meters, 23 rooms have been equipped: two two-room luxury suites, 11 single rooms, eight double rooms, and two triple rooms. Guest registration is located in the spacious foyer.
According to the commission that accepted the rest rooms, the mini-hotel fully corresponds to the level of a 3-star hotel. Each room has a refrigerator, a TV, and an internal telephone. Dishes and a kettle are provided upon request. All rooms are equipped with forced-air ventilation. There is an ironing room on the floor.
As Interfax reports, a bed in a triple room will cost 900 rubles per day, in a double room – 1,000 rubles. A single room costs 1,300 rubles per day, and a luxury suite – 4,000.
