Australia - the best country for tourists
As selection criteria, respondents were asked to consider the level of national economic development, political system, cultural and historical heritage, stereotypes about the population, as well as tourist attractions. According to the survey, the Green Continent appears to be the most attractive holiday destination for residents of both economically developed and developing countries. However, this is not surprising, considering that all tours Australia offers with exclusive programs that cannot be found on other continents. At the same time, the income level of respondents, their education, or social status did not affect their preferences.

The organizers note that Australia was brought to the leading position by the perception of its citizens as 'friendly, responsive people with a sense of humor.' It should be noted that the vast majority of respondents had never been to Australia and formed their own opinion based on information from literature, television shows, and films.

Slightly behind the Green Continent are Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Canada, and Switzerland. The only Asian country to make the top ten was Japan. The list of potential tourists' preferences is closed by Israel. The study involved 25,903 people from 35 countries across all continents.
