On the AeroSvit website you can not only book a seat on a plane but also pay for the ticket
According to the airline's press service, a customer visiting the AeroSvit website (www.aerosvit.com) can purchase a ticket using credit cards from the payment systems Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Discover. The passenger will receive the issued ticket before departure at the airport or at any of the airline's 30 offices of their choice during the booking process. For owners of credit cards registered in the United States, Canada, Sweden, Norway or Denmark, the company will send the ticket by mail to the address associated with the payment card upon request.
Airline representatives did not disclose the cost of the website for such a project, but noted its effectiveness. As the first week (from February 25 to March 2) of the new online ticket sales system showed, its users prefer AeroSvit's North American routes. Thus, flights between the United States and Ukraine accounted for 40% of tickets sold on the airline's website. The second most popular (28%) were AeroSvit's flights between Stockholm and Kiev. Another 16% of tickets were purchased online by passengers planning flights between Ukrainian cities. The same number of seats was bought for routes from Kiev to Thailand and the UAE.
