Changi Airport in Singapore has been recognized by tourists as the best
As a result, the winner was Singapore's air harbor – Changi. According to Lenta.ru, travelers highly praised the airport staff, free cinema, a large number of restaurants and shops with affordable prices. They are also pleased that the airport has real gardens and a swimming pool on the roof of one of the terminals. Voters even compared the air harbor to an amusement park.
In second place was Incheon International Airport near Seoul (South Korea). The top three is rounded out by Haneda Airport in Tokyo. Taiwan's Taoyuan Airport and Munich's Franz Josef Strauss Airport took fourth and fifth places respectively.
The top ten in descending order also included Kansai Airport near the Japanese city of Osaka, Vancouver International Airport, Helsinki-Vantaa, Tallinn's Lennart Meri Airport. Rounding out the top 10 is Zurich Airport.
In July, a ranking of the most romantic airports in Europe was released. The list included 10 airports where users of the dating app Happn most often meet each other. Topping the list was Amsterdam's Schiphol, in second place was Istanbul's Atatürk Airport. Rounding out the top three is London's Heathrow.
The top ten also included airports in Copenhagen, Oslo, Paris (Charles de Gaulle), Madrid, Lisbon. Stockholm's airport and Rome's Fiumicino shared the ninth spot, and Moscow's Sheremetyevo rounds out the ranking.
Happn was launched in February 2014. The app uses geolocation to help users meet. When two registered Happn users are nearby, the app notifies them.
